What people ask before booking

Does it work with the systems we already use?
Yes. Stoa connects to where your project documents already live: M-Files, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, SokoPro, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dalux, Congrid and Oracle Primavera P6. Nothing is migrated and no one has to remember a new place to look.
Does it handle Finnish documents?
Yes, and mixed-language projects too. Ask in English and get an answer drawn from Finnish documents, or the other way round. Retrieval is built for Finnish rather than translated on top of an English-only model.
How long does it take to get running?
Two business days from the first connection to a working project. There is no data cleanup project to run first and nothing for your team to tag.
How do we know the answers are right?
Every answer carries a citation to the exact document and page it came from, so it takes one click to check. Stoa answers only from your own project documents, never from outside sources.
How is this different from the search in our document management system?
That search matches filenames and keywords inside one document at a time. Stoa reads across every document on the project and maps how they depend on each other, so a question about one drawing can surface the contract clause, the open RFI and the newer revision that change the answer.
